"Love Spell" is the second track from GFriend's third studio album, 回:Walpurgis Night. It was released on November 9, 2020.

Background

The song tells about the desire of having a love potion to be able to receive love without concern and anxiety, but there is no such thing in the world. Though it is based on the biggest relationship concern in one’s 20s, it’s not a love that’s like a magic, but it talks about having an honest relationship. It is a song that has an unique balance between rock and pop-styled vocals on a modern reinterpretation of vintage garage rock. You can feel a unique atmosphere through the chic charm, groovy bass lines and whistling melodies from the guitar riffs.^[1][2]
