The Heavy Spear is a Lance that debuted in Fire Emblem: The Blazing Blade. Heavier but weaker than the Steel Lance, this lance is imbued with the special ability to inflict effective damage against armoured units like the Knight and the General. Generally, the Heavy Spear is perpetually non-existent in the armouries of the games that it appears in, and can only be acquired through alternate methods like visiting Villages and looting Chests. The Heavy Spear is analogous to the Hammer and the Armorslayer.
