The Brave Axe is an Axe that appears across the Fire Emblem series.
Overview
An axe that belongs to the Brave series of weapons, the Brave Axe allows its wielder two guaranteed attacks per round of combat, and four attacks if the wielder is able to perform a follow-up attack. The primary limitation of the Brave Axe, like other Brave weapons, is that the increased frequency of attacks causes the weapon to burn through its durability at an accelerated rate.
Of all of the Brave Axe's appearances, the only one in which it lacks the weapon's traditional effect of doubling attacks is the action spin-off Fire Emblem Warriors.
