Eloise is a character that appears in the episode "The Tutor", where She tutors Fred and ends up developing a crush on him. Fred believes that she is a Russian spy. She also appears in the episode "No Clue", where she is one of four suspects in the murder of a hamster. She is later proven to be not guilty.
