The Vasquez Residence is in pretty good shape after the Collapse. The dock is gone, but a boat is still moored there. New Edeners didn't burn the technology here, but apparantly kept looters away. There is even an audioplayer in a locked room. The key is found in the closed freezer compartment of an old fridge.
