The Sawyer Residence is a location in the Holland Valley region, south of the Woodson Pig Farm, west of the Fillmore Residence, and east of Sunrise Threshing. The resident occupying the place is a Russian agent called Dmitri who has a tape of special importance in his possession, a tape that Willis Huntley is eager to lay his hands on.
