Juaneta Cuda is a former hydroelectric technician and military demolition expert, who avoided criminal charges of reckless endangerment. She is also a cultish ex-FND commander trying to commune with the dead, especially to her sister Rosamaría Cuda, one of the fallen insurgent leaders. She leads the insurgency formed by remnants of FND in the wake of Castillo regime downfall, following the path her fallen sister went. To get everyone on her level, she plans to launch hallucinogenic bomb attacks across Balaceras and Noventarmas, and also retaking control of them while everyone are driven insane just like her.
Just like the first insurgent leader Raúl Marín, Juaneta Cuda combat style is the same as FND Vanguard, charging forward for close quarter combat using the sawn off version of 1887 just like FND Engineers and FND Special Forces Snipers. She uses incendiary grenades unlike the berserkers of previous games who used smoke grenades.
