Vorpal is a Brotherhood of Steel vertibird gunship in the Commonwealth in 2287, mentioned in Fallout 4.
Background
Shortly after the Prydwen arrived in the Commonwealth, Vorpal threw a rotor when it attempted to land at an unknown location, causing minor plating damage to the starboard thruster. Another vertibird, Spatha, flew out to the crash site with Proctor Ingram on board to repair the aircraft. Ingram recovered the missing rotor and set it back into place, making plans to fix the plating damage when Vorpal returned to Boston Airport.[1]

Vorpal is mentioned only in Fallout 4.
Behind the scenes
Vorpal is named after the vorpal sword/blade mentioned in the 1871 poem "Jabberwocky" by Lewis Carroll. As a work of nonsense, vorpal does not actually mean anything.
