Survive is a paper note in Fallout 76.
Location
The note can be found in a green chest among four mannequins with flower vases during the random encounter Mannequin Friends.

I can't carry these things of his any more, and I can't bring myself to bury them. So I have left them here. And now I can focus on survival.
