Super–Ego is one of the many boss creatures found lurking in Big MT throughout Old World Blues. It is found wandering east of Higgs Village.

Behind the scenes
In psychology, the superego, as defined by Sigmund Freud, is the part of the psyche that acts as a conscience and regulates socially appropriate behavior. This may be yet another reference to the film Forbidden Planet, wherein the creature killing crewmembers is described as "Monsters from the Id."
- More directly, the Robobrain Super-Ego is immediately hostile to the Courier and will probably be destroyed, presumably leaving Id and Ego to run wild; this works as a description for the Think Tank, and most creatures in Big MT.
