Background
Repo, Dale and other members of the Diehards had an impromptu meeting with the Cutthroats, another group of raiders in Appalachia. They tried to establish an alliance with the Cutthroats, but after Repo insulted Frank, the Cutthroats' representative, he shot her to death, leading to a firefight between the two gangs.[1]
