Ralph Bull, also known as Rabid Ralph,[1] was a member of the Cutthroats raider gang in Appalachia.
Background
Ralph was an old yet tough raider who held a grudge against Pete Colemand. They decided to duke it out in the raider arena at the Pleasant Valley cabins, in a fight that had 2:3 odds for Ralph.[1]
Ralph also had an account in the terminal network at the Pleasant Valley Ski Resort, which was repurposed for the Cutthroats' use some time after their founding.[2]
