Mutie is a chem in Fallout Tactics.
It's sort of a mutagenic serum that gives its user temporary stat modifications.

- Sold by the trader.
- In possession of Betsy, a brahmin
- In a fridge in the top of the junk yard at Great Bend.

At some point this item was patched, and the original, non-overriden file's primary effects would have only lasted 1 hour instead.
