Mira is the bartender of the Rawhide Saloon in 2241.

Mira is a young, attractive green-haired woman with a scowl on her face, taking crap from no one, emphasized by the spiked knuckles hanging on her neck.^[1] She runs the Rawhide Saloon, a tough place for tough customers. She is not a citizen of the NCR and finds the fact a little annoying, although she was able to coerce the Republic courts into giving her almost everything from her husband, Jack.
