Fire Belly is a consumable item in the Fallout 4 add-on Far Harbor.

Background

The Fire Belly recipe is given by Mitch, the bartender of the Last Plank, for saving his uncle Ken during the quest The Hold Out.

Characteristics

The drug looks like a stimpak syringe but with gray tones. The lower the Sole Survivor's Hit Points are upon use, the greater the damage output is, similar to the Bloodied legendary weapon effect.

Notes

Although the Fire Belly appears as a grey stimpak, there are several indications that it would be a cocktail, including the fact that the recipe's final step tells the reader to "drink" the finished product, despite the fact that stimpaks are injected.
