Eliza is a deceased member of the Blood Eagles found at Old Crimora Mines in Fallout 76, introduced in the Skyline Valley update.
Background
Eliza was a member of a band of raiders that also included Dustin, Hunter and Patrick. While in the Skyline Valley region for a "pick-up job," the group was attacked by a group of cultists from the Cult of the Mothman. While other members of the group fled, the aforementioned four, including Eliza, were taken to Old Crimora Mines.[1]
Eliza was separated from Patrick, and could hear his screams echoing through the mines. This made Eliza reflect on her history as a raider and being part of the Blood Eagles, being aware that she had done horrible things in her life, but now that such brutality was happening to her and her friends, it made her feel sick. Although Eliza was kept alive, apparently for the purposes of a Mothman ritual, she and the others were tortured in horrific fashion, from being burnt to being flayed alive.[1]
However, Eliza noticed that at least one of the cultists, the ghoul leader known as Alex Guerra, was different from the other cultists. Alex snuck Eliza and the other prisoners "scraps" when the other cultists were not around, and Eliza correctly surmised that she did not exactly fit in with the cult.[1] Unbeknownst to Eliza, Alex's position as a prophet and leader of the group was a front in order to control the cultists as an army to use against Hugo Stolz.[2]
Eliza resolved to leave the Blood Eagles behind if she ever escaped the cultists' captivity, and began plotting a potential break-out. However, she died in her cell at the mines before this could ever take place.[1]
