Supil Kang (강수필) was the chairman of Baekdu and the father of Sucheon Kang. He served as one of the antagonist in the manhwa, Eleceed.
Appearance
Supil has pale skin, with grey hair and eyes. Unlike his brother, he has wrinkles which shows his old age, and is mainly seen wearing a three-piece suit, notably with a pale brown suit accompanied with dark green collar shirt and an orange tie.[1]
Personality
Supil was incredibly narcissistic, hates if something does not go his way and had little care of the wellbeing of his family. Similar to his father, he puts Baekdu above all else and believes Baekdu should be superior than to Shinhwa Association and Awakened Union. He was willing to go as far as smuggling international criminals from other countries into South Korea and use any possible means in order to gain what he wants.
Abilities and Fighting Prowess
As one of the top 20 strongest awakeners in South Korea, Supil is a valuable awakener and is extremely strong despite his arrogance. As a member of Baekdu, his main ability is Gyrokinesis.
Relationships
Dusik Kang
There has not been a single interaction between them, but knowing they are father and son, Supil's belief and arrogance may have stemmed from Dusik.
Suman Kang
They are in a business relationship, and share the similar mindset of wanting Baekdu to become better. However, unlike his brother, Supil is willing to use illegal methods in order to get what he wants, whereas Suman wants to play fair. This type of mindset causes Supil to look down towards his brother, and finds it annoying to see him gaining influence in Baekdu. Supil holds so much distaste to Suman, that he's willing to break his core and leave him.[2]
Sucheon Kang
He has high expectations for his son and is shown to have little care of his son's wellbeing. If Sucheon does not meet all of his expectations, Supil is shown to verbally abuse him and willingly hurts his son, so long as it allows Sucheon to improve.[3]
