Juana is an enemy in EarthBound Beginnings. It can be encountered in the Mt. Itoi summit. It attacks physically and sometimes increases its DEFENSE, uses PK Fire β or γ, PK Thunder β or γ, or PK Beam γ. It also has a chance to group with a Super Energy. It occasionally drops a PSI Stone upon defeat. This enemy's battle theme is Battle with a Dangerous Foe.
Defensively, Juana has the highest non-boss stats in the entire game, boasting 300 HP and 250 DEFENSE. Offensively, it has 200 PP, 200 OFFENSE, 60 FIGHT, and 120 SPEED. Its resilience to Status Ailments is 100 WISDOM, 100 STRENGTH, and 100 FORCE. It drops 270 EXP and $362 when defeated.
The inferior version of this enemy is Kelly.

- She shares her original Japanese name with a student of Twinkle Elementary School in the game, Suzy; for her English name, she was renamed in honor of the translation team's Licensing Department's director, Juana.
- In the companion guide, she is called "Suzy" in Mother, "Juana" in EarthBound Beginnings, and "Susie" in Mother 1 + 2.
- Her description reads, "A being who's sort of like the eldest sister of the Jane family. Uses the γ each of Thunder, Fire and Beam. Her destructive force is topped only by the giant robots.
