Wyrms, also known as Ancient Dragons, are an ancient race of dragon, living myths (even among other dragons) with a thousand children. The mere sight of a wyrm strikes fear into the hearts of the mightiest of dragons, who, by instinct, are fully aware that attacking such an ancient dragon is considered a terrible thing.
Overview
Drakengard
During Drakengard, a wyrm is drawn from its lair by the appearance of the Seeds of Resurrection. Though fearful of it at first, the red dragon manages to defeat it after being encouraged by Caim.
Drakengard 3
In Drakengard 3, Three attacks Zero with her dragon, Ezrael, who is a wyrm transformed into a daemon. Mikhail shows his hesitation at confronting Ezrael due to its status as an Ancient Dragon.
