Pol

Pol (ポール, Pōru)^[1] is the currency utilized throughout Universe 7 by Frieza's empire.

Overview

There are three types of Pol: gold, silver/platinum, and dark blue. It is kept in dispensers.

Usage

Forty years prior to the Granolah the Survivor Saga, the Sugarians bought Planet Cereal from the Frieza Force for 100 billion Pol - five cases worth of Pol.^[2][1] The Heeters paid Soshiru a single golden Pol for his last bounty, while they gave Granolah a large amount of golden Pol for capturing and delivering Seven-Three.^[3] Granolah pays a Sugarian a single golden Pol to repair his ship, and four for two items of food and a bottle of water.^[2]

Film Appearances

In Dragon Ball Super: Broly, Frieza had Cheelai and Lemo be paid a large amount of silver/platinum for bringing Broly and Paragus to him.
