Maima is a Warrior-type Namekian. He is a playable character in the RPG Dragon Ball Z: Super Saiya Densetsu, where he teams up with Tsumuri.
Biography
Maima lives in a village east of Moori's village. He and Tsumuri fight Gohan for the Two-Star Dragon Ball (or simply give it if Dende is with him) and then join Gohan's party. They later leave the group, and fuse with Piccolo near the end of the game.
Power
Maima is stronger than Tsumuri, his power level being 3,300 and having 190 HP, but he has less ki (40 at the beginning of the game).
Techniques and special abilities
- Flight – The ability to fly with the use of ki.
- Energy Wave – The most basic form of Ki Blast.
- Continuous Energy Wave – A combination of many energy waves fired at a rapid rate.
- Full Power Energy Wave – A full powered Ki Blast of focused energy.
- Namekian Fusion – Used along with Tsumuri to fuse with Piccolo before the battle against Frieza.

- Maima's name comes from maimai, one of the Japanese words for "snail."
