The Trial of Maligog is the first boss in The Ancient Gods - Part One. It appears at the end of the second mission Blood Swamps. It appears as multiple spiked cubes with blue eyeballs at the center. It serves as the third and final trial the Doom Slayer must complete in order to gain access to the Dark Lord's life sphere.
