"On the Double" is a song from "Double Time," a story from the series, The Book of Pooh. When Pooh put an x over the last day Rabbit's calendar in Rabbit's absence, Rabbit believed that he had lost a day. He sang this song explaining how he "had" to cram 2 days of work into 1.
