Meya is a major city located in western Tyvia. There is an asylum for the poor here.[1]

- The last surviving member of the Grand Serkonan Guard who was at Stilton Manor on the 16th Day of the Month of Rain in 1849 had made his way up north to this city, recovering in the asylum.[1]
