Evil-Gacha is a gameplay feature in Disgaea 7: Vows of the Virtueless where you can roll for a variety of random prizes.
This feature is accessed through the Hospital, where you can spend RP for each prize roll. There's 9 gacha tiers that can be unlocked, with each subsequent one having higher RP cost but also higher quality prizes. The possible prize types are: HL, Juice Bar Mana, Juice Bar EXP, Extracts, Innocents, Weapons, Accessories (except Armor), and Evility Scrolls. When the menu cursor is over the selected tier there's a button prompt to see the full list of possible prizes, including their probability.
Each tier has a special list of 5 items it keeps track of. When you have obtained each of the 5 at least once, the tier is considered cleared, which unlocks the next tier and lets you claim this tier's completion reward. The first completion reward on every tier is a Legendary Emblem with a rare Property or a new Wickedhancement, while subsequent claims will always be a Rare Emblem.
The final two tiers can only be unlocked after opening access to the Carnage Dimension.
