Numoc

Numoc is a Psion Flayer who appears at the end of the Dust Palace Strike on Mars.^[1] He is a Psion Flayer who is a part of the Ice Reapers detachment. The Psion Flayers also include Vatch and Kolar. They were able to overcome Rasputin and freeze Mars' moon, Phobos, in place.^[2]
