Kolar is a Psion Flayer who appears at the end of the Dust Palace Strike on Mars. He is a Psion Flayer who is a part of the Ice Reapers detachment. The Psion Flayers also include Vatch and Numoc. They were able to overcome Rasputin and freeze Mars' moon, Phobos, in place.[1]
