Kurogane Tama (黒鉄たま) is the center of Minato Shirokane Girls' High School's electronic music club in Azabu area.

Background
The center for the Minato Shirokane Girls’ High School electronic music club, and the personal maid of Aki, from the Shirokane family. Her duty as a maid is to be friends with Aki, who has few friends. Her DJ technique, even within the Shirokane electronic music club, is unparalleled. She enjoys using the Shirokane family’s financial influence as a shield. She has an arrogant personality, much like a cat with the external appearance of a tiger. Because of that, she has a hard time in anything other than DJing.
Appearance
Tama has black hair and golden eyes. She's seen wearing a black poncho that has a design which has accents of neon pink and neon blue. Underneath is a white shirt. Accessory-wise, she has a fanny pack that she wears over her chest in neon pink, she has under the knee level black socks, a cap, with white and black, which has the shape of cat ears and finally her black nail polished nails which also has accents of neon pink and blue.
Personality
Tama and Eurobeat
As a member of Azabu, Tama plays other noble music selections such as house, but at her parents' bar, BABEL in Roppongi, she plays Eurobeat. The song on the cassette tape that was her original experience is also Eurobeat, and it is her favorite genre and her specialty. Therefore, she seems to have more fun when she is DJing at BABEL.[1]
Relationships
- Shirokane Aki: the leader of Azabu's Denonbu club and Tama's master. She has discretionary authority over Tama's salary and disciplines Tama with bonuses and pay cuts. She said that she and Tama were just an employment relationship, but through the STACK BATTLE with Akiba's Denonbu club, they developed a new relationship other than a financial one.[1]
- Haijima Ginka: one of the members of Azabu's Denonbu club. She and Aki sometimes act as if they are Tama's parents or owners.[2][3] The relationship between Aki and Ginka is so deep that Tama is sometime naturally ignored.[4][5]
- Hidaka Reina: the center and center of Akiba's Denonbu club. She searched through her father's collection for the song that Tama had always treasured and did not know the name, and she brought it to a STACK BATTLE with Tama, then became friends with her through music. They have one thing in common: they like the theme song from "Supersonic War-machine Crossfader," which they listened as children.[1]
- Taiga Lucia: no.3 of Shibuya's Denonbu club. Lucia, who calls herself "the Tiger who reigns over Shibuya," and Tama, who calls herself "the Black Cat from a bar in Roppongi," are rivals in the same cat family.[6][7] Lucia also misses Aki a lot, so they are rivals in this respect too.[8][9]
Etymology
- Kurogane (黒鉄) can be split into Kuro (黒), which means "black", and Gane (鉄), which means "metal". Kurogane can also mean iron.
- Tama (たま) can mean "ball", depending on the kanji used. It is also a popular name for cats in Japan.
