Meg has fair skin, blue eyes and brown hair with blonde highlights cut in a textured bob with bangs. She's among the bustier girls on the island, having a bust of 95cm. Her default attire is a flower patterned pink top with cutouts at the shoulders, a white bra with brown straps and a red flower on the left strap, a necklace; a bluish-green apron with light green palm tree designs, various badges on its right pocket, and worn with the left strap off her shoulder; denim shorts with cutouts on the sides, showing panties that match the shirt; and golden brown sandals with straps that match her shirt, adorned with white flowers.

Meg is a feminine given name that usually acts as a truncation of the name Megan, a Welsh name originally a diminutive form of Margaret. Margaret is from the Greek μαργαρίτης (margarítēs) and Latin margarīta, meaning "pearl".
Megan was one of the most popular feminine names in the English-speaking world in the 1990s. It is also frequently spelled Meagan, Meaghan, Meghan, or Mehgan outside of Wales and the rest of the United Kingdom due to spelling influence from Irish-language names.

- Meg is the tenth DOAXVV-debuting girl to hold an explicit job on the Venus Islands besides acting as one of the venuses, after Misaki, Tamaki, Monica, Sayuri, Elise, Koharu, Amy, Shandy, and Reika. In her case, she acts as a waitress at the island's cafe area.
- Meg is also the fourth girl to have her job on the Venus Islands predate her recruitment as a venus for a significant period of time, after Misaki, Elise, and Amy.
- Meg is the eighth girl in Xtreme Venus Vacation to not have a known place of origin, after Luna, Fiona, Monica, Lobelia, Elise, Amy and Shandy.
- Although Meg has blonde highlights in her hair, this detail isn't made apparent in her Chibi artwork.
- Even though Meg technically was released after Reika, she appeared in the new wallpaper when booting up the game alongside Yukino and Shizuku. This was because Meg was initially supposed to debut first, but Reika's potentially debuting in the Singapore Steam version and the global release that was meant to avert complaints about how Japanese players were left out resulted in Reika debuting first.
- According to a 4Gamer interview coinciding with the 7th anniversary of Xtreme Venus Vacation, Meg was not initially given a concrete vision unlike the other girls, so they ultimately decided to use her line about being an accomplice to the Owner as the focal point to her character. They also toned down her character upon final release to be mischevious instead of naughty. Sakuda also indicated it helped make a good contrast to Reika, who was intended to debut later. He also ended up having to apologize to both the development team and management for abruptly altering the timetable regarding release, resulting in Meg getting player backlash due to how soon she was given a release compared to Reika.[1][2]
- In the Famitsu coverage for the game's 7th anniversary, Sakuta elaborated a bit further on Meg's creation, citing her laid back nature as an extension of her role of supporting the Owner. He also noted the color of her eyes, which he cited as part of her unique facial expression, and also stated that the colors were changed from green to light blue prior to release to reinforce the connection. The concept art also showed that, besides eyecolor, the design of her hat and top changed slightly.[3]
