Brian George (born July 1, 1952 in Jerusalem, Israel) is an English actor, best known for playing Babu Bhatt in three episodes of Seinfeld; Richard Bashir, the father of Dr. Julian Bashir, in the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine episode "Doctor Bashir, I Presume"; and Dr. V. M. Koothrappali in The Big Bang Theory. He was in the 1999 film Inspector Gadget, co-starring Rene Auberjonois, and portrayed Ser Royland Degore in Game of Thrones: A Telltale Games Series, based on HBO's hit series of the same name.
