Brute

Brute is the name of several characters from the DC Universe.

Brute of the Dreaming and his associate Glob are nightmares created by the dream lord Dream/Morpheus. Following Morpheus' disappearance, Brute and Glob found themselves at a loose end and created a realm of their own, the Dream Stream.

Brute of the Dreaming was created by Joe Simon and Jack Kirby, first appearing in Sandman #1 (1974).
