ONER (坤音四子) is a three-member boy group under Qin's Entertainment. Originally as four, they debuted on August 30, 2018 with the studio album Allergy.
History
2017-2018: BC221, Idol Producer, and official debut with Allergy
In 2017, Qin's Entertainment established BC221, a pre-debut team of trainees. There were no restrictions as to which trainees it would be made of. The trainees would be given the opportunity to release singles and do other activities.[citation needed]
In January 2018, Yue Yue, Mu Ziyang, Bu Fan, and Ling Chao participated in iQiYi's Idol Producer. Later, they officially announced their debut as ONER on April 16, 2018. On August 30 of the same year, ONER released their debut album, Allergy.
2019-2021: Bu Fan's departure
In July of 2019, it was revealed that Bu Fan had set up his own independent studio.[1] The agency declared what he did was a breach of contract and they would try and negotiate with him[2]; They later asked a brand that was endorsing Bu Fan to delete all related posts about him. In 2021, Bu Fan requested to officially terminate his contract with the company.[3]
