Personality

Morgan is quiet and softspoken. Unlike Eddie, he is often seen repairing chuggers. He normally helps out around the main depot. He is very mature and caring for the chuggers. He most often uses the ChugScan and the rotator.

Attire

Morgan is dressed in a light grey button-up shirt with the sleeves being rolled up, a pair of greige-coloured overalls, and a brown belt going around his waist.
