Sylvester is a roaming resident of My City. He appears when Dayan from Sandpolis is invited to build his Which-Way? Race mini-game in My City. When talking to Sylvester, he will note that My City is a new and fun place to be. He will go on to explain that within My City, there is a special game one can play and asks if the protagonist knows about the Which-Way? Race. Sylvester describes it as a maze but actually not and comments that he believes he is addicted in playing Which-Way? Race.

Sylvester is one of the many recruitable teammates available in My City. In order for him to become recruitable, Stamp 40 needs to be completed as it is required to set up a Garage in My City to start recruiting residents into the city. Afterwards, Dayan will also need to be invited to My City. Then, one will need to simply beat Sylvester within any race he appears in. Afterwards, Sylvester will become recruitable to the team.

There appears to be unused dialogue found within the game files that appears to be a variant of default dialogue.
