Grunge Garden is a countryside styled town, known for it's Lakeside Castle with a moat, a lake with fish, and even a farm full of watermelons. This is also the protagonist's hometown that they can leave from their Garage and access right away. Within Grunge Garden, majority of the residents have known about the protagonist for a very long time, some knew them when they were quite young at the time.
Rumors goes around involving the strange Choro-Q that had moved into Grunge Garden's lake who tells strange stories and seems suspicious. Many of the residents also note that the Meister was here in Grunge Garden when the protagonist is ready to challenge him.
From Grunge Garden, there are two types of course gates that can be accessed. Lakeside Castle will have three course gates, one for it's small, medium, and large courses. The other course gate available is Heaven's Rainbow which can only be accessed at the end-game and can only be accessed in-town once. Fortunately, it's gate can be accessed from the Garage Menu without needing to enter through it's course gate.
