Flower is initially found roaming around the outskirts of Peach Town. She thinks about moving as she finds Peach Town too small to live in. Flower, ironically, wants to find a place that is spacious enough to grow flowers. The protagonist may invite her to My City once it becomes available for new residents.
When she moves to My City, she will be grateful for the protagonist for inviting her. In the mean time she is thinking of what flowers to plant. Later on, when visiting her again, Flower will talk about how she is concerned about how she cannot find any shops selling flower seeds, leaving her with plots without flowers. In order to obtain a Flower Seed, one must complete Stamp 64 which is related to finding Emily, a resident of White Mountain, a Papu Flower.
After completing Stamp 64, the protagonist will be rewarded the Flower Seed in which they can turn it in to Flower. Flower would be delighted with being provided the Flower Seed. She will reward the protagonist with a Flower Pattern and thus, complete Stamp 41. Outside of her house, the now grown flowers would be seen in full bloom.
