Emily

Emily is a resident of White Mountain that lives in the house by the frozen lake. When initially meeting her, she will be found, full of concern, trying to figure out what to do. The protagonist asks what the problem was and how they could help her. She explains that she is looking for a flower, but not just any flower, her favorite white flower called the Papu. Emily explains how she use to be able to find Papu Flowers around White Mountain, but had failed to find them anywhere this year. She had looked all over town for them, and cannot figure out what to do with her predicament.

As she tries to find a resolution, she realizes that the protagonist must be a traveler and thus asks if they can keep a look out for a Papu Flower. The protagonist may agree to assist Emily, though Emily has no clue where one would find a Papu Flower outside of White Mountain.

The protagonist continues to explore the lands, they travel to Papaya Island and finds a white flower, specifically, a Papu Flower among the Papu Tree. They decide to take it back to Emily in White Mountain. When providing her the Papu Flower, she will be grateful for the protagonist for finding her favorite flower. The protagonist would go on to explain how they had traveled all the way to Papaya Island to obtain the flower. This fact shocks Emily, who was surprised at the great lengths the protagonist had traveled to get her the flower. Overjoyed, in return for helping her, Emily provides a Flower Seed and claims it would blossom into a pink flower. The protagonist is also provided with the completion of Stamp 64.
