The Elephant Horn is a unique Horn that plays the sound of an elephant trumpeting. It is only obtained after delivering Poonk's Frog Ornament to him. Though, it is noted this quest must be done BEFORE obtaining 30 Flags. Also it is noted that he will provide them as so long the protagonist NOT STARTED or has COMPLETED the Mushroom Identification Quest. Visiting him after providing him the Frog Ornament, Poonk will provide the Ship Horn for helping out FroKero, then one will need to revisit him again to obtain the Elephant Horn.
