Cheese is a resident living in the neighborhood on the lower section of Echo Forest. He will will give the protagonist a Police Lights if they pay 400(units) for it. He will also provide a SirenHorn. Though, if the protagonist declines, he will half the price to 200(units) and believes that the protagonist likes it, but will NOT provide the SirenHorn.
Cheese will break the Fourth Wall and explain that in order to solve problems in roleplaying games, is that one should take the time to listen to those they talk to. This is what is considered the basic of playing RPGs.

- Cheese is one of the very few characters that breaks the fourth wall. He goes on to explain the aspect of playing a roleplaying adventure game such as Choro-Q HG 3.
