Flex is a perk featured in Call of Duty: Warzone 2.0. It was added as part of the Season One update of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III.
When equipped, the player will be able to have a delay when it comes to triggered explosives, specifically when the player is sprinting, they will be warned of nearby enemy equipment and will have reduced combat noise.
Following Season One update of Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, Flex was removed from Warzone 2.0.
