Ruka is a non-playable character that appears in Breath of Fire 6. She is one of the many fellows that the player is capable of recruiting throughout the game. However, she was only made available to players who had purchased the album "Fantastic Soda!!" by Haruka Tomatsu, which also lets them obtain beta access of the game. The character is voiced by Tomatsu as well.
