Piranha (ピラニー, Piranii?) are a type of fish which act as healing items throughout the Breath of Fire series.

Breath of Fire III
Piranhas in Breath of Fire III are items found by fishing in certain areas where they are found. When caught a Piranha can be used to restore 20HP and can be sold for 25z.
They can be caught with any Bait except the Coin. Piranhas are found in fishing spots near the Yraall Region, Eastern Wyndia, and Dauna Hills.
Breath of Fire IV
Piranhas in Breath of Fire IV are items found by fishing in certain fishing spots. As an item they can be used to restore 150 HP to one party member. Piranhas can be sold for 30z and are found at lakes 1 and 2.
