Interestingly, unlike its fellow goblins, Hobgoblin won't follow Boss Goblin's orders. Even if Boss Goblin uses Influence, Hobgoblin will ignore it and even attack the Boss Goblin first instead of the party. This gives the party a chance to attack it before it fights back.
