Kuputeri is the original owner of the wind elemental power, and the current Empress of Planet Windara.
History
Early life
Not much information is available about Kuputeri's early life. However, it is known that she acquired the Wind Elemental Power from a Power Sphera. At some point, she and the other Elemental Masters had to engage in a fierce battle against Retak'ka, who had intentions of seizing the Elemental Powers. In the battle, Retak'ka emerged victorious and managed to gain control of five of their Elemental Powers while they fell in battle.
BoBoiBoy Galaxy (Season 2)
After losing to Retak'ka, Kuputeri was rescued by her escort Marshal Maripos, and covered herself with a cocoon to treat her injuries. After 100 years of resting in a cocoon, she rose again and realized that her kingdom had been taken over by the villain Emperor Reramos.
Kuputeri then visits Earth with Marshal Maripos to persuade BoBoiBoy to return her the wind element by taking him and friends to her native planet to let them see what the situation in the planet is. Upon arrival on Planet Windara, they are greeted by the Five Generals, subordinates of Emperor Reramos who acts against BoBoiBoy and his friends. Kuputeri managed to send BoBoiBoy and Fang to board the emergency pod before being arrested by General Five.
BoBoiBoy Cyclone frees her later on when Karantular attacks Windara. She later reveals she has sealed the spider using her powers before. When Cyclone gets sucked inside the vortex, she tries to evacuate everyone but instead witnesses the debut of BoBoiBoy Tempest alongside the rest of BoBoiBoy's Gang. She calms Tempest down and helps him regain control of his powers and himself after Karantular's defeat.
During the feast in celebration of Reramos's defeat, BoBoiBoy tries to return her Tempest power, but she declines, trusting him to be able to control the power in the future, as well as to use it for good.
Appearance
Kuputeri is a humanoid extraterrestrial being that stands tall and has a beautiful fair complexion. She has elegant pale blue eyes, and have a lavender upside-down triangles on her cheeks. She wears a magnificent cape/cloak with a hood that is wide-collared and has striking shades of blue. The back of the cape is designed to resemble the wings of a moth in a closed position, and it features unique patterns of zig-zag and a circle.
Under her cloak, she wears a cinnamon-colored long-sleeve under her cloak, which features a large lapel adorned with two eye-catching golden circles. The long-sleeved suit itself is quite long, and can even pass as a skirt. This effect is achieved by wrapping a blue fabric with gold linings around her waist. She has a pair of gloves that covers her hands. She has purple gems that are a distinctive and placed on top of each cloves.
She wears a head-wrap that is shaded in blue, resembling a hijab and is wrapped around from her neck to her head in a cocoon type of form with two sharp buns, covering all of her hair. The logo of a circle and dot in light blue and yellow with an upside-down yellow moon crescent is imprinted under the front of the head-wrap. On her forehead, Kuputeri has antennaes of a butterfly.
Her battle outfit doesn't differ much from her casual, the only thing that does are her cape being mostly inspired by a moth's tiny scales, more commonly known as moth fuzz. She dons a mask that resembles a moth's head and having the antennae of a male moth instead of a butterfly's.
Personality
Kuputeri is a compassionate individual who possesses a gentle and polite demeanor, in addition to being intelligent and empathetic. Despite being someone who fights, Kuputeri refrains from engaging in acts of violence, as she deems them to be unnecessary. Furthermore, she demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility towards the people she cares for, as evidenced by her attempts to recover her wind elemental power from BoBoiBoy to safeguard her community from the mayhem caused by Emperor Reramos' actions. Additionally, Kuputeri's protective instincts were on full display when she placed BoBoiBoy and Fang in an emergency pod, despite their desire to assist her, as she was acutely aware of the potential risk it posed to their safety. Eventually, Kuputeri entrusted the wind elemental power to BoBoiBoy after he tried to return it to her, recognizing his reliability and ability to handle the responsibility.

- Her name could possibly be the combination of the words "Kupu-kupu" which means butterfly and "Puteri" which means princess.
- This makes her name can be known as "princess butterfly" or "butterfly princess".
- Interestingly in BoBoiBoy Galaxy Windara, she shares the same voice actress with General Sibella from her homeworld. Both characters are voiced by Yasmin Khairuddin.
