What is with all those "TBA" marks?

Party Time is a power in Bloons Adventure Time TD. It is a Rare power, costing 300 each. Much like its BTD equivalent Monkey Boost, it increases all towers' attack speed by 80% for 2 rounds, plus 1 additional round per 20 ranks. It has a 3 minute cooldown after use.
