The Horsey Soap is an Uncommon Trinket in Bloons Adventure Time TD. It has no character restrictions, letting any character equip it.

The Horsey Soap is a pink bar of soap with a few soap bubbles around it.

Strategy
It may be useful to equip this to Princess Bubblegum or Flame Princess because they both have excellent range, so the horsey soap covers a wider area and lasts longer. Still, Flame Princess has easy camo detecion, and PB can even decamo bloons. It is also useful to Finn, as not only does he not detect camo bloons by default, but the Bound by Word and Royal Promise upgrades affect the soap, quadrupling its deploying rate.
It is also noted that the foam produced by the soap wears off after sometime so you might not want to rely on just one character with Horsey Soap. It also has no effect on DDTs, making it useless against them.

- It is based on the Monkey Engineer/Engineer Monkey's Cleansing Foam upgrade from the Bloons TD series.
