Rick (릭) is a special sysop working with the Delivery Man. She manages Locomoto, but is also its co-pilot.
Rick is extremely energetic and rather talkative. She is also very good at working with machinery, having created her own hyper-charging program as well as the Cast Iron Fist. Her most recent idea for a project is attaching limbs to an Activator and insists on examining Radio Jockey as a reference, to the latter's discomfort.
