Mio Oh (오미오) is the middle child of the Oh siblings who first became a Biklonaut with her youngest brother Pio. She works with sysop Toxy and has experience piloting both the Aries Clone and Argentavis Clone, the latter being her current clone.
Mio is somewhat absentminded and can be a bit of a klutz at times. She does a lot of teenage girl things, including hang out with her classmates Wonjae Lee and Jinsol Ahn and following the latest music trends. As a Biklonaut, both of the clones she controlled are some of the hardest ones to get a handle of, so things can get a little messy in battle. Under the guidance of Toxy and the encouragement of her siblings, however, she has continued to improve, especially with the Argentavis clone, and is now an adept pilot.

- Beginner (Aries)
Mio's Beginner suit and Action Bike are based on the Aries clone, making both pink. The Action Bike's Cycling involves combining two energy wheels into a larger one that is launched horizontally, potentially cutting through tough obstacles.
- Intermediate (Argentavis)
Mio's Intermediate suit and Action Bike are based on the Argentavis clone. The Action Bike thus becomes yellow, the primary colors of the clone, while the suit becomes red and blue, the clone's secondary colors. Mio gains access to the Chaos Shotgun as an Intermediate Biklonaut.
