The eledhel are one of the three ancient elven tribes of Midkemia in Betrayal at Krondor. Due to their willingness to interact with Midkemia's younger races, colloquial use of the term "elves" usually refers to the eledhel.
History
Along with the moredhel and the glamredhel, the eledhel were an elven people inhabiting ancient Midkemia. Two thousand years ago, after the Chaos Wars freed them from the dominion of the Valheru, the eledhel settled in the Green Heart, building a terraced city in the trees of Elvandar. Though they travel and trade freely with Midkemia's other peoples, they guard their privacy, laying powerful spells on the forests surrounding Elvandar to turn away those with evil intent.
The eledhel are ruled by Queen Aglaranna. Her husband, Prince Consort Tomas Megarson, is their Warleader.
