The deed is a document conveying ownership of a tilled field near Imazi in Betrayal in Antara. It is used to complete the Farmer Brunia quest, and can be obtained as early as Chapter 1.
Overview
The deed was originally conveyed to Lord Gerson when his chicanery led to the ruin of Farmer Brunia's crops and caused the relevant farmland to be repossessed in lieu of unpaid taxes. Once the party confronts Gerson about his actions, he returns the deed to them in exchange for their silence on the matter.
The party can bring the deed back to Farmer Brunia in Balmestri and, in exchange, receive +2 each of Halder's Brew, Razorcup Nectar, and Abrida's Conduit.
Description
[Character] sifted through the legalese with some distaste. In essence, the deed granted its bearer the custodianship of the lands Farmer Brunia had worked most of his life. [Character] looked forward to returning it to him.
